Eastleigh FC are delighted to announce that Eastleigh Ladies FC will play their Inivitation Cup semi-final at the Silverlake Stadium on 5th March 2017.

They have been drawn against Kingsclere Ladies after they beat Southampton Women Reserves in the quarter final – The game finished 3-3 and The Spitfires went on to win 4-3 on penalties.

They are also in the semi-final of the Hampshire Challenge Cup, drawn away to Southampton WFC with the fixture scheduled for February 19th 2017. This will be a good test for team when they play Southampton WFC as they play 4 Divisions higher.

The Ladies have been in fantastic form of late – winning 12 matches in a row with the weekend’s 8-2 over AFC Stoneham carrying that incredible run on.

The response from our supporters to our Ladies team has been incredible so, as a club, we feel we should react to fans’ calls for more recognition.

Alongside, the regular column in the programme the club will be providing more regular updates of the ladies’ fantastic progress as they come to the business end of the season.

There are eight league games left and we want to see as many fans as possible get behind the Ladies and help us try and achieve a really memorable first season by clinching promotion and maybe a cup final.

With your help and support it may just be possible to win all three competitions that Eastleigh Ladies FC are in!
